1 | V ceni nočitve je upoštevana posteljnina, brisače, kuhinjske brisalke, elektrika, | |||||
ogrevanje, tedensko pranje posteljnine, kuhinjskih brisalk in končno čiščenje. | ||||||
2 | Prihod in odhod po predhodnem dogovoru, sicer prihod po 14.uri, odhod do 10.ure. | |||||
3 | Za nekatere primere najema se lahko dogovorimo drugače. | |||||
4 | Rezervacije sprejemamo pisno po navadni ali elektronski pošti (izjemoma telefonsko) | |||||
s polnim naslovom gosta. Pričakujemo 30% akontacijo, ki pokriva odškodnino ob | ||||||
nepravočasni odpovedi. Odpoved ste šteje za pravočasno, če je dana | ||||||
vsaj 48 ur pred prihodom. | ||||||
5 | V apartmaju se nahaja seznam opreme. Gostje morajo obvestiti najemodajalca, | |||||
o manjkajočih kosih opreme. Kasnejših reklamacij ne moremo upoštevati. | ||||||
6 | Zaradi prevelikih stroškov ogrevanja v zimskem času (od 1.novembra do 31.marca), | |||||
apartmaja ne oddajamo za eno (1) nočitev. | ||||||
7 | Po potrebi je na voljo tudi otroška posteljica. | |||||

1 | The price for one night includes bedding, towels, kitchen towels, electricity, central heating, | |||||
weekly change of bedding and kitchen towels and the final cleaning of the apartment. | ||||||
2 | Arrival and departure should be agreed, if not: arrival after 2 p.m. And departure till 10 a.m. | |||||
3 | Different arrangments of renting can be made. | |||||
4 | Reservations are accepted in writing by standard or e-mail (exceptionally by telephone) | |||||
with full address of guest. We are expecting 30% of deposit in advance, which covers | ||||||
costs for late cancellation. Cancellation is considered timely if it's reported | ||||||
at least 48 hours before planed arrival. | ||||||
5 | There is a list of equipment in the apartment. Guests are obligated to report to the owner | |||||
any inconsistencies. If not, no claims will be accepted. | ||||||
6 | Due to huge costs of heating we do not rent apartment for one night | |||||
in winter time (from 1st November – till 31st March) | ||||||
7 | If needed, there is a cot for little children available. | |||||
